Your controller has to be placed in MIDI mode with the right template loaded to work properly with KordsKontrol. Please download the template that corresponds to your controller, and load it within the Controller Editor provided by Native Instruments. Still, you can open it again as many times as you want. All functionalities are in it only limitations are disabled saving / recall functionalities, and the application will shut down after 30 minutes if you don’t own a nominative Full commercial License file.
